ALPHA Testing for Residents Who are Not Enrolled in a SACS School

If you have a K-4 student who resides within the Southwest Allen County school district, but is not currently enrolled in a SACS school and are interested in potential placement in the SACS Self-Contained High Ability ALPHA Program, you will need to submit the forms below along with the testing fee. Please submit the required forms along with the testing fee to the Assistant Superintendent's office attention: Sharon Peterson. 

Assistant Superintendent's Office is located at 4824 Homestead Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46814

Test results will be sent home through the mail on May 2nd, 2025.  If you have any questions, please contact Sharon Peterson, smpeterson@sacs.k12.in.us or 431-2020.

THIS IS AN ADDITIONAL TESTING OPPORTUNITY FOR STUDENTS WHO HAVE NOT PREVIOUSLY TESTED.

Application & Fee Due By: Friday, April 18th, 2025 at our Administration Building, located at 4824 Homestead Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46814

Test Date: Thursday, April 24th, 2025
Time: 4:00 pm

Test Fee: $50.00 per student (Make checks payable to Southwest Allen County Schools)
